MUZM EJ vs XSilver/Road Release

Exactly, the font on the right pair looks fake. This was discussed when they came out. I would describe it as taller than is should be.

I know, that’s what this thread is about. I’m suggesting it was a mistake and then later sold anyway.

Does this help? Yeah the MUZM version definitely different on the writing. Also you can see in all the pics it looks like the “E” is faded out but it is actually just the bend there and how they catch the light.

Looking at the two side by side and with OG Eye Jackets, my theory is the XSilver and Prizm Road limited release was intended to be the MUZM release but they screwed up “Oakley” on the bridge.

The text is smaller and narrower than the MUZM and original EJs. Someone said nope, try again. Then later after the MUZM release they decided to cut a different lens for them and sell the blems as another cool pair. Which is fine with me, was a decent save. But the MUZM piece couldn’t be a blem of course.
