MUZM EJ vs XSilver/Road Release

Looking at the two side by side and with OG Eye Jackets, my theory is the XSilver and Prizm Road limited release was intended to be the MUZM release but they screwed up “Oakley” on the bridge.

The text is smaller and narrower than the MUZM and original EJs. Someone said nope, try again. Then later after the MUZM release they decided to cut a different lens for them and sell the blems as another cool pair. Which is fine with me, was a decent save. But the MUZM piece couldn’t be a blem of course.

I wouldn't be surprised if they were left overs. Probably the same thing they did with the Mumbo with the heater.

Not sure exactly what you mean by smaller and narrower as it appears the original is the smaller text?

Exactly, the font on the right pair looks fake. This was discussed when they came out. I would describe it as taller than is should be.
