New Sub Zero?

I guess I mean, it's either a Sub Zero or a Zero .6- correct? Since they were different. Not trying to split hairs but clarify for my own sake since I thought I had a handle on the naming history (which admittedly, is somewhat confusing given all the changes that they made)

Ahhh... So a Sub Zero 2n not a Zero .6 therefore they are calling this new release a Sub Zero still, like the previous 2022 Sub Zero... I got it. Only the .1% even have a clue about any of these funny little details. Thanks for clarifying

The difference is that the 2022 release was the original 1992 subzero shape, these are the “n” reference which is slightly different and came out later, I believe 1993. Neither are the 0.6 which was larger than both. Without checking I believe subzero 1,2,3 all had the same shape that was rereleased in 2022. 4,5,6,N2T had a larger shape similar to what became the 0.6 the original 6 “subzeros” and the N2T all were released prior to the “zeros” which had the 0.1-6 naming. I agree it’s a bit confusing mostly due to the subzeros being named 1-6 and then 1n-3n. The different colorways had different numbers which I believe Is unique to all other Oakley models.

I always liked the Sub Zero #4 and #6 because they had the larger lens and full iridium lens (not the frosted perimeter)

I do like the grey smoke ones and did think I’d get them, but that was if I got the Planet X ones too (collect Planet X colourway). Got to show some restraint. If they’re not releasing the Planet X ones then I’m going to have to pass

Although this reply from Oakley on instagram seemed promising. The person was obvious referring to the burn brush ones (strange that Oakley doesn’t acknowledge them at all, anywhere in any post).

So maybe I may see the Planet X ones in time….
