Looking to purchase a single or double wide at a reasonable price.

Anyone have an idea on how much a normal condition, single and a double should be priced at?

There are quite a few more at a pretty good distance from you...6 to 7 hours..ish however.

I would offer $200-$220 for the single and $350-$375 for the double wide if he still has it.
