As well as the Rubber Band, Try some WD-40 & leave a few hours to penetrate, A screw that has been in Situ for possibly 10+ years & next to a different composition Metal often causes this. As others have alluded to, If you are stuck at this Juncture, Possibly best you leave the Pin Pusher part to someone more versed in it.
