Do I went sand before I spray a 2nd coat of black

To smooth bubbles or anything

If there are any imperfections after the first coat I normally do a sand with 600/800 grit to make sure it’s smooth, clean any debris then another coat. If the first coat is smooth then I wouldn’t worry about it.

You're definitely going to be wet sanding those, at least the places that are going to be stuck to the box.
Before you paint anymore get yourself a couple of these. 1 to hold the earstems and the other for the orbitals.
