I should Work at Oakley
Gave this coin its life back. 
Solution: Soaked in good old salt & vinegar(white) for 5 mins then applied SOS steel wool pads - wanted to use a micro pads(0000) by Rhodes for fine polish but currently did not have it so this for now and will re-polish later.
