Frames - 9/10 - No visible scratches or dings.
Lenses - 6/10 - Peeling of the inside coating around the edges, not visible from the outside of the lens. A few very small scratches and imperfections. None that compromise vision. (I am very critical of my lenses)
Rubber - 8/10 - Lots of life left.
Boxes - 10/10 - Hard box, inside box and Outside box and foam are Perfect. Only one bend in Pol Blk outer box, shown in picture.
These are perfect for daily wearing.
