I am going to say 1st gen and either a warranty frame or the serial number has deteriorated. My Gen 1 JE the serial is very faint now (you have to hold it just right in the correct light). I have several 1’s a Gen 2 and had a 4 all in Plasma. The only ones with those levels of rawness in the casting are the Gen 1’s, in my small comparison list. My Gen 2 are smooth.

+1 on that. I know Romeo frames were serialized suffix W but as for Juliet & XX

Regardless of that it is a nice frame.
