Please help me to identify this Oakley model, probably bought in 1999

Hello,

I bought this Oakley probably in 1999, but I am not 100% sure about this. Could also have been one or two years later. I made a research on my own, but could not identify this model clearly. Are here any experts that can clearly identify this model? I will very appreciate your help, as I want to buy some new lenses to replace the old ones that have lot of scratches.
