Are there any major differences between the 9096-29 and 9096-82 SI fuel cell models?

I noticed the tonal US flag on both the styles, but the 82 model has the letters “Molon Labe” on the left arm. Any other differences I should be aware of? Thanks in advance.

Ya the Molon Labe pair has black lenses and the other one has grey

Nope. They are different. OO9096-29 has the Tonal Flag icon. OO9096-82 (Molon Labe) has the Steel Flag icon. I bought the Molon Labe a few weeks ago and noticed the difference then. Nearly the same but the Tonal has a painted look, the Steel has the flag sort of etched in the metal.

The Steel is definitely a more matte finish compared to the other. It felt like it was flatter too. The Tonal felt high compared to it, like the polished coating made it thicker. Hard to explain unless you have them both in your hands.

I only have the molon labe pair and have only seen pics of the other one....looked the same in pics....thanks for the correction buddy
