Is it safe to fit R1s in an M frame hard case for safety while traveling?

Newer flak cases with nothing in them. just fit them barley !!

I have one but, I like the idea of the foam. Maybe I can try a little surgery to loosen the fit a little?

Great group of guys, for sure. I'e learned a lot in the past month. Stick around. R1 is a piece of art. I started with Juliet and am now collecting Romeo. Good luck.

Or just put them in a mf bag and throw in a few exta mf bags to fill the empty space of the Flak case.

There is not a whole lot of empty space remember newer cases only are big enough. They are tiny bit wider then older ones have my Romeo in one right now
