There is a friend wanting to buy my plot land. The good thing is I can liquidate my asset. But the bad thing (or not what I wanted) is he offer to pay with cash plus this Rolex Daytona. And he price it at $40K.

What is your opinion on the price?

My purpose is to get cash and invest somewhere else. But this beautiful watch keep me looking at it and consider his offer.
