Pretty sure oakley wont touch it with 10 ft pole let alone refinish it. I think it's pvd.

A couple years ago I sent my TB1 back to Oakley to get refinished, it has the same finish as your Cannon Yellow and Oakley wanted almost $400 to replate it and buff the crystal. At the time I was finishing my degree with a little girl on the way and couldn't afford it and had them send it back...
