I soaked all the screws on WD-40 for 2 days, not a single screw will come out.

Wd-40 is a liquid that helps with stubborn screws, is gasoline base I think, I was able to remove orbitals screws that has already been damage , jus spray it let it seat for 2 hrs and you are good to go.

Wd-40 and pb blaster are penetration oils. Not silicon. They are different. Where as steal is a metal alloy.

You didn't say it was the same thing. Sorry. But a silicon spray would not loosen a stuck screw. It does not penetrate. You would spray the silicon before you put a screw in to prevent it from being stuck.
