6k below serial are usually matte type finish
higher serial they start using pvd type finish that shiny look.

Right has a 061500A serial

No, the lower serial has like that matte look, like painted.

I have a few low serial plasmas even matched boxes to confirm this 2 of them.
my higher serial which is in the 8k matched is shiny.
