I agree with you in part, I believe that if a pair of glasses has the box (even if the numbering doesn't match), original rubbers, extra original factory rubbers, signed lens from the glasses' own edition, and coin, it is complete, just the detail of not matching the box numbering.

I agree with your interpretation. There is a difference between “complete set” and “complete matching set”. You have the former but not the latter.
