nah most are good people. you just have to know ahead of time that 90 percent of them are very used. its not like shelf queen status in the US.

Are they famous scammers here?

Oakley's x-metal is very popular here among persons who live in "favela" and thiefs (i'm trying to be honest LOL). But the mainly scam here is a bunch of clones. Several guys produce frames and lenses in their garages.
Original romeo's are very rare and it's truly hard to find them in good condition.
So they come here and try to sell their stuff overpriced in dollars to get an awesome profit (1 dolar = 5.6 brazilian reals)
