Actually, brand NOS will have a layer of whitish powdery residue formed on surface over time. It is easily rubbed off and the unobtanium is then perfect and of course should be non-sticky to the touch... how do I know?

Cuz I have one of these full with NOS. Still so grateful to the member who sold me this Jordan kit

True that. It is a Romeo 1 refurb kit though. Same as the red ones on the R1 Jordans, but folks they fit fine on Julies and XX too ...
