Rx for Holbrook XL

Hey everyone, I'm new new. I loved the Holbrook XLs in Deep Water Polarized. I've been trying to go through a bunch of optometrists and retailers and no luck in being able to use my VSP insurance for my frames & Rx. Anyone know where I can get lucky? I am in the Inland Empire California!
