Saw these White Chrome 2nd Generation Minutes, with Carbon case and bought

Saw these White Chrome / +Red Iridium 2nd Generation Minutes, with Carbon case and bought them. If they're FAKE then eBay can do the business of refunding me. Not sure, but seller does say "New Without Tags!"
The pictures are atrocious, making me believe could well be a con, we'll see......

And no surprise as to the state of these New With Tags pair: completely snagged,.....but he did include some spare 'Ruby' lenses........SMH!
Other than the Carbon case has mysteriously changed to a ballistic case... ..

Tried to catch the striations on the lens, but...................WHATEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They really do look like 'New Without Tags', don't ya think!..............

That’s enough to piss off the Pope! I bet there is a good amount of members here that have had similar incidents happen to them. This happened to me before and I seen red. Nothing but inconvenience dealing with the whole return process due because a seller has no morals. Sorry Paul.

To tell you the truth, I'm not that phased. Yes, it's an inconvenience, but I knew without seeing (or was 99% sure)they were using the crap photos to hide ****e. But still, there was still that........0.1% chance of a result!
