Ive had a couple make it to my hands only to be returned because I will chance it with risky listings on ebay since they cover fakes being returned. My last one though came off Poshmark and was a XX that was so convincing I feel for the pictures. Before I even opened the box I said to myself it had to be either a fake or she included a metal box. The glasses were actually really well made but would have been like wearing a brick on your nose it was so heavy. You could probably hurt someone if you threw them at them. She was just a surprised and accommodated the return which is the usual ending to these scenarios. 9 times out of 10 it was something they picked up thrift shopping and they just didnt know how to tell what is fake and real.Fake oakleys are heavier and I believe that is just one sign. I haven't owned any fakes yet so measuring length and width is not enough. We also need to check for fake rubbers and fake lenses. There is still a lot of etching that is rare and prototypes. Some have debated front and back etching.
