These might just be the most favorite pair of Oakley sunglasses I have ever purchased. The very first pair of Oakleys I ever bought were the square wire with emerald iridium lenses. I had them for a decade through out my high school junior, senior years and even 10 years of military service. Then my wife sat on them with them in her back pocket. Its been 7 years since they met their demise.
Fast forward to this year and the new revision to the Square Wires are released. The 3.0 variant were to large. These are just right and I found a pair matte black frame with Emerald Green lenses again. The level of excitement I had when I came across them was through the roof. There is nothing like your first pair, but this is a close second through all the pairs through the years I have always felt like something was missing. That feeling is gone.
004075-03 is the code for anyone looking for this combo. Its not listed on Oakley.com or OakleySi. And I have not seen them in store, I got them through a dealer in California. Which I head out to San Diego next month for business. Going to be looking for a second pair as a back up just in case. Don't want to ever not have them again.
