Stock 4th gen juliet or refurbished/blasted?

I need your help. I recently purchased an X-Metal Juliet with Black Iridium lenses. The seller claimed it was a 4th-generation pair, and as we know, 4th-gen Juliets are non-serialized. I want to confirm whether this is truly an original 4th-generation frame or if it has been refurbished. Can you help me determine whether the finish is stock or if it has already been blasted? The seller said it was bought brand new in Hong Kong around 2008.

I agree with @GoldenRod.
Most particle blasted are not as dark and smooth at OEM treated frames.

If that truly is the box for it. on the right side of the barcode on the bottom there will be a date. usually the month and year (mm/yyyy format) box was made. Glasses are typically made around the same time within 4 weeks of the box.

The barcode label reads 69-579 11/15/01 Rev. A, which indicates a 2001 date, while the box itself is marked ©2008 Oakley, Inc., 3/08 Rev. B.
