The long journey to England

I placed an order on October 20th 2017 through ebay for some custom cut ruby penny lenses from OXM Parts. I'm chuffed to bits with the lenses, which are finally mounted after a rather troublesome tuneup. All of that is fairly uninteresting compared to the journey they took. ...

Are these the most travelled lenses? I don't think they wanted to leave USA!

Bought a pair from a member beginning of the month...haven’t seen them yet :/

That could be due to the snow we've had recently. A light dusting of snow over here means people just don't bother going to work! I wish I had a job that paid me to sit at home when it snows!

Did for me a couple of months ago. But it was early December so holiday mail might have slowed it down. Might have happened to this guy too.

It could well have been the holiday mail slowing things down but I think USPS just wanted to take them for a tour of the states! Another parcel ordered 5 days after these only took a week to arrive.

Well to be fair we believe tracking got it to the states in 4 days but that’s where the tracking ends :/ I’m hoping the didn’t get lost

My record from Japan is on the third day from posting, US always takes a bit longer. Depending on the service used, tracking sometimes stops at the border of the receiving country.
