i completely understand you not replicating serials for obvious reasons but could the correct font be used if someone had one of these machines and not so honest intentions....?

i think the custom etching of pairs would be a nice idea, though. i would be happy to pay for this service.

If it's plasma or xmetal blasted and doesn't have a serial anyway... why not? If you lose them at least you can give the serials to the police.

Good point but its not something I would spend money on and I'd rather keep them the way the came. That's just me and I am probably in the minority though.

For the real collecto...I mean shelf whores, this would be fantastic. Your lifelong multi-pairs that you have will always be yours. Nobody will ever be able to show off the ninth pair of the same glasses you own as theirs.
