That’s usually referred to as a spine cabinet.

I would shoot around 500 due to your location, but sellers can be greedy if they get allot of offers

I disagree with Nortica (unfortunately), I have 6 Spine cases and have yet to find one for 600 or less. Granted there are different valuations in different regions, but I do look nationwide on a regular basis and I would say that average pricing I see is closer to 1000. I have seen higher and lower obviously, but 1000 is about average. HOPEFULLY you can score it for less!
