Yeppers that’s not good. Good luck finding that stem but u might. I had to buy a donor watch to fix mine. Actually it’s the black one I posted yesterday. See how it has silver center stem. When I received it I went to set it and it was already broken off inside watch. But seller refunded me some money and I ended up buying just a watch assembly from a seller that crystal was cracked down center and I used that center stem. Those are very delicate u can’t over tighten them or they will snap.
