I've got too many red / reddish lenses but no red shirts (my wife hates red). I guess I could go x-mas spirit and wear them with green...

During football season is easy, though - my fire lenses go great with my UT burnt orange...

Wear red with blue, purple, or black lol... Nothing wrong with contrasting colors.
