Generally speaking, there are three main body types: endomorph (tends to be skinny), mesomorph (tends to be average), and ectomorph (tends to be heavy). Each body type reacts differently to exercise and diet. Certainly there are examples of all three body types within all the various ethnicities, but there also tends to be a prevalent body type or two within any particular ethnicity.

So basically, you are most likely an endomorph, maybe a mesomorph. Litos is most likely an ectomorph. Sure, you could slack off and be in worse shape and Litos could work harder and be in better shape, but things aren't apples-to-apples, so trying to compare the two of y'all's results based solely on the effort put in is not a valid comparison. And that's not even factoring in age...

That's all I'm sayin', it's not a valid comparison... :D

True hahahahahahahaha and there is always an excuse for us not to eat healthy :p

i´ve always been heavy (as far as weight), but i´ve always been a **** strong sumbitch...

my calves look like they can move mountains and my forearms look damn near like popey´s...

i got fat on my body no doubt, but if i was "just fat", without any muscle tone whatsoever, i´d probably weigh 230lbs right now and it would be easier to "make a certain weight" lol...

i would be willing to bet that i have less body fat percentage than other people who weigh 258-259lbs...

by my birthday (Feb 21st) i want to be in the upper 240´s....that´s 8lbs in less than 30 days...

we´ll see.......

p.s.
come to Houston being asian and weighing 150lbs and people will ask you if you´re a refugee HAHAHA !!!!!!
