What Oakleys Are You Wearing Today??

@flyer if I would have looked down I would have walked the 6 miles home and retired.
In very wet, very uncomfortable dancin' shoes...
:gotcha:
My personal best was leading a hungry pack down the valley into one of the Finger Lakes, on frightful "paved" tarmac.
Pride being stronger than the urge for self-preservation, I led all them into town, max. @86kph.
I'm probably faster now, carrying a little more inertia downhill than 20 years ago.

EDIT:
Pic added, as I am forgetful...
:punish:

Okay here’s a double with a bonus pic. Went out for a ride today after minor yard work for the Mrs and some errands. Absolutely stunning day here in central PA...76 now and a very acceptable humidity level. (I’m still excited, sorry) anyway I head to Blue Mountain and climb up parkway west. Had to stand twice but legs felt great...slow going and not much shoulder...I head over the top at the park and push the nose down. Pretty technical descent, 2 lane country blacktop. Passed by only one car...ZERO CROSSWIND...after the second to last turn I tuck and lightly clamp the top tube with my knees in case of frame chatter and I do this:

And didn’t know it till I got to the bottom.
Personal best by 9 mph and completely unintentional. I consider myself sane on the bike.

After climbing off - (and checking for pee):

And now typing this:
