Oh he replied. Basically said the expert wasn't an expert and I should take legal action. So I filed a claim with PayPal.

I see now... I didn't see the post where he basically defends the authenticity of them. This is a tough situation. I've had my (different) X-Metals troubles lately. I hope you're able to resolve this, and resume enjoying the rest of your collection.
