What Oakleys Are You Wearing Today??

I/we said goodbye to some new/old friends yesterday afternoon. I’ve told part of the story before of how we know @Krystalluv and Mr. Krystal.
I will tell part of it and tell more in the future. It all starts with them, losing their entire home and possessions in the coffee fire in Northern California. If memory serves me correct it was in 2018. Krystal reached out via this forum, looking for a particular pair of shades mentioning that they had just lost their home in the fire. It turns out that Mr. Krystal was a huge Oakley Collector and only managed to save some of his prize possessions, which had been tucked away in boxes until more recently. Krystal reached out, not long ago, looking for the value of some very valuable watches in the thread titled that. At that time, she was not only looking for me after a few years of not being in touch. I had always wondered what happened to them. To be continued.

I skipped the swim this morning. I knew all the ladies were anticipating it. lol
The husband’s not so much. lol
As you all know, I don’t take pictures of myself and post them here. My profession doesn’t allow it. So excuse the blackout. Posing with me. Mr. Krystal. (He has all) the good stuff stored away. We spent hours talking about Oakley stuff. Yes. He has metals stored away. He has the red diamond in other valuable things that he saved running from the fire?
I/we had talked about Puerto Vallarta and somehow talk them into coming here. I will share the name of the resort after we depart. We will be visiting our home in Chacala. Which is about 45 minutes north of here. The Wi-Fi can be challenging. Some how XFINITY provides a hotspot.

I/we managed to get them all checked out yesterday loaded into the black SUV and whisk away to the airport. Today we will relax by the pool take the all inclusive food and beverage, and maybe post a picture of a foam party… lol

Today is departure day. All packed and loaded in suv. We will first take a walk along the boardwalk/Malacon. Stop at our favorite taco stand and say goodbye to our friends. There is a special statue to visit.

There is a chance of rain. It never puts a damper on the day. We have the umbrella.

The statue we stop and hold hands and admire. It depicts the man and how much he loves his wife.
