It was on my beach trip last year (Port A) that I lost my first, long-held pair of Juliets. Replacing them eventually led me to this forum.

Now I have these to avoid repeating the mistake. Bottlerockets in BIP and shallow blue polar.

Yep, there was a lot of seaweed, both on the beach and in the water. But I didn't find it stinky.

The Port A trips are a lot more laid back, just hang at the beach all day. Galveston has a lot more stuff to do, even though the beaches weren't the best. Different kinds of trips. It was good.
