I've had a theory on this for awhile now that I've kept to myself. Google Jim Janard and look at his facial structure. I'll bet you notice the same thing I did, which is that our very own @Wavecloud has a strikingly similar face (read: features, not necessarily a doppelganger) to the founder of our beloved brand. Agreed. I feel silly for never noticing the original designer, though. He does have that face. While I'll agree that Wavecloud looks good in just about every frame, he's definitely better suited to some of the original pairs that many of us couldn't dream of pulling off from the JJ era. I personally believe its because the man behind the design was also the first model for the designs, and the two of them happen to share very similar features![]()
