I've found Germans to be very good English speakers mostly. And given I've lived there, with a spell teaching English, I've heard more than a few. And none of them have really struggled - if I thought they would, I would have been speaking German in any case so no problem. English-speakers often forget that is another option...

One word though, which a friend in Berlin loved but could never say without sounding very German, was "higgledy-piggledy" :) I loved hearing her say it nearly as much! You can try that one out when I'm over, Linus :)

There's this one guy in the office with a very heavy Russian accent. So many times I've been tempted to ask him to say "nuclear vessels", but I've resisted so far... :D
