Heading to Baltimore this weekend and hopefully they will have these lenses in something I can play with, and a pair of the new EV Zeros I can shake my head with also.

Yes it does, though when they were released it said 12%, and o-review has them listed at 12%.

Frankly, I see factual errors on Oakley's marketing materials (i.e. website product descriptions) all the time, including light trans % errors for well-known lenses. Perhaps it really is 10%, but for the time being I put more trust in o-review's record.
