Well, for one thing the image is flipped - note the text on the shirt is backwards...

Then there looks like there's some kind of warping distortion effect to the image, but I could be wrong... maybe it's just a little lens fisheye...

But the main thing is the camera angle, being from below instead of his usual from above...

Oh yeah, and he's got some face fuzz....
