What Really Grinds Your Gears?

lol I think most of you are mis-understanding. First, @Dallas O Hog and I see eye to eye on things and we usually go after the same things. Second, there is no guarantee that I will ever sell the specific pair bought... or I may trade it later. Thus, it may never end up in the hog pen. Lastly, they're a lot of pieces I want in the hog pen... so it will prob end up in a trade some how some way

There's lots of ways to look at things. For example, one way I look at co-workers is to classify them into one of two categories:

1) Those who make your job easier / help you.

2) Those who make your job harder / get in your way.

Guess which group is grinding my gears right now?!?!?
3) Those who kiss your buttchecks now and try to take your job later.

So get this - The Wife was rear-ended on Thursday. That's the 3rd time that's happened in like six years, so you have to wonder if, among the various possibilities, there's something about her driving that's increasing the odds.

But no - she was driving in rush hour, about 35 - 40 MPH with the flow of traffic, neither speeding up nor slowing down, in the right of three lanes. And this woman just came up and hit her. Her excuse? She was putting on her shoes (or maybe taking them off, I don't remember...)

It did some damage but overall was pretty minor. Except The Wife is about seven months pregnant. She had to go to the hospital for four hours of observation to make sure everything was ok. So far so good, but apparently sometimes it can take a few days for a problem to show itself. She's got a follow up at the beginning of next week.

When I rant about bad driving killing people, I'm not just ranting... a minor fender-bender coulda killed our unborn child.
4 false alarms during my wife's pregnancy. Each time we had to take a taxi for $70 round trip. Sorry im late but I relate.
