What Really Grinds Your Gears?

Well known collectors who buy something via Ebay and dont pay for it.

When my wife asks me to order 2 cases of formula, then tells me we are switching to powder a week later.

Work. I'm now approximately 3 weeks behind. As in I could stop getting new work and probably not be done with **** to do for 3 weeks working at the same pace. 12 hours at the office, 3-4 more at home. All day. Every day. And every day someone calls up. "Hey Rustpot, I know you're busy, but I just need this little thing done. So if you could design a new apparatus to fit this napkin sketch, and have me costing and designs for customer approval for tomorrow that would be great." Yeah, let me just drop what I'm doing and spend a few hours on your thing. What's that? Something about shoving it up an ass? Yeah, **** you very much.

Ouch, ouch, and ouch....

My grind for the day, back to driving - people who don't get the concept of merge speed.

You're on a ramp entering a freeway where traffic is moving 65 - 75 MPH, but you're stuck behind some douchebag going 20 MPH slower. Why, oh why would you want to try to merge into a lane of traffic with that much of a speed differential? Don't you know how dangerous that is? And you're also f*cking all the people in line behind you...

USE THE ONRAMP TO ACCELERATE TO THE SAME SPEED AS THE TRAFFIC YOU'RE MERGING WITH! THEN IT'S A SIMPLE LANE CHANGE! THAT'S CALLED MERGE SPEED! STOP KILLING PEOPLE!

People who schedule meetings during the lunch hour. I'm central time zone but work with a lot of people in the eastern time zone; they schedule meetings right after their lunch, right on top of my lunchtime.

What's even worse is when it's someone in the same time zone. Reoccurring daily for three weeks? WTF?

And then there's the guy who claims the only time he has available for a daily meeting is at 7:30. In the morning. Eastern. Which means 6:30 Central. So he can give information about stuff that needs to be done that he should be doing himself. And it would take the same amount of time for him to do it himself as it does for him to tell us about it. Drama queen.

I bought a prepackaged chicken salad sandwich. Bit into it,did not taste like chicken. Read the package- made of tofu.

Bizarre... And not tasty. Yuck!

Having problems with the primary program at work. It is down more than up. These folks will want their work done and perfect on time, though.
