What Really Grinds Your Gears?

My children’s homework pisses me off. They’ve changed the way they teach math and everyday when I get home I have to spend more time trying to learn what they did that day. And they won’t let you bring the book home. So everyday I’m dealing with trying to cook dinner, deal with homework and give them showers. So I know how SpliceD feels. And next thing you know it’s 9 and now you get to take a shower and go to bed cause you have to up at 3:30 so you can start all this crap again. I wish they had less homework cause my kids rarely get to play after school. It’s not like when I grew up.

Even the teachers are telling us it’s that new core curriculum. They have to teach it. They don’t like it, I don’t like it. Both my young boys 7 and 9 year olds have homework every night.
Kids have it so much tougher then when I grew up.
