What Really Grinds Your Gears?

When you order something online and you get the wrong item.
Truth... Happened to me over here once...

Advertised one thing, came in as another colourway...

Blame was placed on a third party and other circumstances...

It's less trouble for me to keep said item :( then return, shipping, PP refund (paid FF), exchange rates, than start fights with other peeps ...

When I receive packages from big box stores... And it's wrong for some reason it goes back with free ship, RMA and all that jazz...

But from smaller sellers or individuals... Always a tougher and more delicate situation...

Which is why I'm so hesitant to sell any of my Oaks... I don't need the of the PP or Ebay trouble... I'll trade or sell locally ...

The postage itself can be quite cheap. It's the Customs charges, VAT, and Royal Mail 'handling charge' when the package lands in the UK that boils my p155.

What are they trying to do there? Make it a kid friendly place? What's the purpose?
