I always laugh at that, in a "you're a dumbass" way...

They're really breaking two laws, first by entering the intersection illegally, second by blocking the intersection / crosswalk...

I never understand people that do that. Worse are the ones that stop at the light, then proceed to roll forward.... and forward.... and forward.

Then the light turns green and they take forever to get moving.

I know!!! It seems like the people who keep inching forward when the light hasn't changed are always the last off the line when it does...

A huge pet peeve of mine is someone who tries to turn on a red light without looking where they are turning and nearly killing someone using the crosswalk legally. Then they have the nerve to look at them like it's unimaginable that they are in their way. I'm sure a large number of people are injured or killed that way every year.
