I don't like how I have to do stuff I don't like.

I have always told people what I was thinking. No filter. Raw and uncut. Ive been in a position to hear managers give presentations in order to prepare for an Ops review. I once told a manager, I can give you the feedback you want to hear or the feedback you need to have. Your choice.

We live in a society where people are afraid to say what they want, people dont want to offend anyone or to be looked at as insensitive.

Heres what I say to those people who cant handle the truth. So youre ok with me lying to you is that correct?

A co worker proceeded to have a conference call without me which I was supposed to attend. It was a group exercise. I called her and said I am disappointed I was left off the invite.

She proceeded to call upper management and complain that I made her feel intimidated.

I was labeled condescending and rude.
