She wants to both control the survey and steer the results in her favor. Possibly in hopes that others will respond unfavorably towards me which is fine. I have placed a greater number of respondents on the survey to neutralize the detractors. Just to be clear I do not have an issue with negative feedback. I anticipate it. I do however have a problem with asking everyone under the sun for their opinion when they arent qualified to make such an assessment nor have they been able to demonstrate analytical thinking or objective decisions in the past.
Thats like asking an insane person who they would vote for in the election. Their voice doesnt count.
The persons I included on the survey have worked either with me or for me over as many as 10 years. They are qualified to give thst feedback due t their in depth experience.
One girl who receved the survey wrote, I am honored and excited to be part of the survey. Though I sent her a thank you mote as a courtesy,
I should have written, I was told to include you. We have little or no interaction so I am confused as to what you would be excited about. As far as feeling honored dont get it twisted. I do not care what you write and I will most likely read it just for laughs.
Her communication is plastic and what people expect you to say in corporate America. In reality it is all a lie.
Where do you work? I want to apply so I can meet the real you...I bet you’re a teddy bear.
