What Really Grinds Your Gears?

...and that's where you're wrong

if you buy a box of used condoms from me for $100 and I tell you for $10 more, I can get them to you in 2 days, and then I get them to you in 4 days, WHY WOULD YOU PLACE ANOTHER 5 OR 6 ORDERS WITH ME AND KEEP PAYING THE $10 FOR 2-DAY DELIVERY !?!?

stop blaming the company for YOU continuously choosing to get things faster when you know BASED ON PAST EXPERIENCES, they can't deliver ??

if you keep paying and you keep getting burned, that's on you...

it's like you're petting a dog that bites you EVERY TIME you pet it - STOP PETTING IT, Jesus Christ...
Have no time to read this stupidity. Good try to belittle someone though. Best of luck sending your mail via carrier pigeon

Your gears are being groun't because you're shooting yourself in the foot 🙄
lol I'm not. I made a general statement in my original post. The vast majority of expedited services I've used recently have been requested and paid by the buyer, not me. If you can read, I previously stated:

I send everything the cheapest way possible now because there is no guarantee of delivery anymore.

The piss poor service from USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Many members have posted about the inconsistencies of USPS - delayed packages, incorrect tracking updates, etc. What's irritating for me recently is paying for an expedited service, with any of the main delivery companies, and having your delivery still be delayed. I understand that "the world is on delay" because of COVID and each of the companies have made it clear on their websites to expect delays. What I don't understand is, if you are a delivery company that is anticipating delays, why offer and charge customers for an expedited service? I've sent quite a few packages in the last month utilizing an expedited service (next-day air, same day, 2-day, etc) and all have been delayed and arrived the same time as a package would if it was sent via standard Ground shipping.

I've been successful on a refund for one package but not so much on others. I had one CS rep tell me to "have a heart during this time" although I paid $20-$45 extra to have something delivered sooner. Again, I realize a lot of companies have been/are affected by COVID, but why charge a premium for a service you currently can't provide?
This! I finally got an order through USPS that was supposed to be here six months ago. If they had to answer to shareholders like FedEx and UPS they would have been out of business a long time ago.

I ain't mad at anybody here, but I'm still waiting for your solution. You pay more for UPS and FedEx and they don't gaurantee anything. I've found FedEx to be the best option for heavier packages (iron sets) and UPS is the only service I've had obliterate boxes & contents. I get what you're saying, but what's the solution. Once again, I'm all ears.

I agree with you on FedEx for heavier stuff. I’ve sent two cast iron intake manifolds in the last year, one via UPS and the other FedEx. FedEx package arrived in the same condition sent. The UPS package looked like it had been mauled by a tiger
