Does everyone else's neighbors look right at them when they're driving by?

I don't get it. Probably asked about this before. If they weren't in their cars I know they wouldn't do that weird s***. Haven't stooped to pulling out a gun on them or something but sheesh what's it going to take to make them mind their own business....
