Last nights top stories
Baby in car seat falls out of car onto the road while strapped into car seat. Dashcam video shows the drivers side rear door fly open as the child fell to the ground. The driver continued for several blocks before coming to a stop.

Gas station attendant run over and killed by patron who refused to pay for $22 of gas.

Police looking for man who punched an elderly woman in the face then stole her cell phone.

Restaurant brawl with a disabled person ends with owner suffering a broken nose after being hit with a bottle as fight breaks out with a group of thugs in the front of the establishment.

This isnt depressing. Its reality. We live in a world full of people who dont care about anyone but themselves. Once you know that you can act accordingly. I trust no one. Because of that I dont expose myself to unnecessary risk. There is a common thread amongst all those stories.

i kind of agree with the wife... we obviously already know people suck, why should i barrage myself with the suckage of humanity every single day?

i work in I.T. so heres a short list of today's issues.
explaining things 20 times when i know the room full of people has checked out already.
telling people that have ZERO I.T. knowledge why we need to purchase a new I.T. thing.
explaining after the purchase of a new I.T. thing, that it was for task X, so no, it is impossible for that particular item to make them coffee.
no, you probably do not actually want voice controls on your (insert random item here)
my personal favorite: "you are that computer guy right??? will you look at my (lawn mower, toaster, random thing that is not working) it isn't working after i (ran it over, left it in the rain, daughter dropped it in the toilet)

so yeah, i avoid the news, any talk about politics, and most populated areas that contain people with opinions. oh, and i drink.... a lot.

Boo. No chance. Socks shouldn’t EVER be worn unless you have footwear covering your feet. Flip flops and sandals go barefoot too.
