See everyone wants to be equal instead of having equal opportunity. There is a difference. Males are genetically engineered differently because they serve a different purpose. Look at the animal kingdom. Males are typically larger, more brightly colored and have larger skeletal bone structure. Thats not by accident. Theres just as much opportunity for females to further themselves in society. If you want to become a fireman go pass the test and do it. We dont need to make the test easier for you to pass. YOU have to increase your level of proficiency and demonstrate that you have the capability to excel.

You know why there are fewer female gas station attendants here in New Jersey? Because they dont want to do it. Its not because they are being discriminated against.
