What Really Grinds Your Gears?

Ah... i thought the Judge set the amount upon appearance ...

Different systems we have...

Depending on the crime there's usually a bond set at arraignment, unless its no bond because you really ****ed up. Which if there are night magistrates on call can be day or night. But once the bond is set by the judge you pay at the jail, not the court.

This has been educational...I’ll take over for Medusa

My peer group is excellent. While we all have our own limitations and strengths, when we work as a team, out group is more efficient. None of us works “rogue” and thinks they can do everything on their own. We try to support each other so we can ALL be successful.

My manager does a great job doing just that...managing. While he may not have intimate knowledge of every job that falls within our group, he understands how to support the group to make sure that knowledge is gained. He genuinely cares about the success of our group and any person that does not fit in is put on a PIP. If that doesn’t work, they are let go...even if they are the smartest person alive.
